SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

UPDATE: As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect shipping delivery times across the nation, increased delays may occur. We will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible, but ask for your patience and understanding during this time.

OVERVIEW

All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following business day. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

All domestic and international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses are shipped via USPS.

 

Estimated Shipping Times:

·         Priority (USPS): 2-3 business days (Domestic)

·         International (USPS): 5-21 business days

These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within these timeframes. For assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, contact us at info@royfire.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following business day.

Transit times to Military APO/FPO/DPO will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee.

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please  contact us  immediately.

If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping or cover return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Prices may decrease or increase depending on products or quantity being purchased.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 International orders are shipped via USPS.

We are not responsible for any duty or customs incurred when placing international orders. Please take this into consideration prior to making purchases.

 

 

 RETURNS

Our Returns Policy allows for returns up to 14 days from the original purchase date. A return label fee will be taken out of the total refund amount for all returns.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged; Limited releases, socks, under garments, publications, and collaborations.

Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. 

Items sent back without a return authorization, and any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements, will be denied.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item(s). This will secure the item(s) and expedite the shipping process. A refund for the original item(s) will be processed upon arrival at our returns center.
